Mr. Benny Lim (Ben Shariff Abdullah) - Managing Director
He has been in the steel roofing industry since January 1975. He joined a newly established steel roofing Company and managed it for 18 years bringing it to a strong leading position. In 1993 when he left to start United Seasons Sdn. Bhd. with others, he was Managing Director of the Company, and a Director of a construction Company listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Since then, United Seasons Sdn. Bhd. has made rapid progress and completed many prestigious steel roof and wall cladding projects to put it in the forefront of the industry.
Mr. Wong Men – Construction Manager
He spent 8 years as Factory Superintendent in a steel roofing Company and later Site Coordination work. In 1993, he teamed up with Mr. Benny Lim and others to start United Seasons Sdn. Bhd. He has in-depth and vast knowledge on site rollforming, both on ground and at roof levels. He has accumulated extensive site installation experience, with special emphasis on critical finishing details of flashings and cappings to provide a watertight roof and wall cladding system.
Mr. Steven Yong – Factory Manager
Mr. Steven Yong was with a steel roofing Company for 5 years with last position as Manufacturing Division Manager. At United Seasons Sdn. Bhd., he is now in charge of plant operations, contracts administration and product development. He is also the present Management Representative for the Company’s ISO procedure.
Miss Sandra Tan – Administration Manager
She spent some 8 years working in a steel roofing Company in an administrative capacity with a special function over financial matters. In 1993, she teamed up with Mr. Benny Lim and others to start United Seasons Sdn. Bhd. In her current position as Administration Manager, her scope of work covers office operations, personnel, purchasing and logistics. She is also responsible for suppliers’ compliance with the Company’s strict quality standards.
Mr. Kuet Ming Kiang – Accountant
Mr. Kuet is a registered accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. His main responsibilities in the Company cover finance, management account, costing, credit control and related functions.
Encik Zaidi Semail – Sales & Marketing Manager
Zaidi had 8 years of factory work experience as Design Engineer and Plant Manager. In 2000, he joined the United Seasons Sdn. Bhd. He made rapid progress in this field and assumed his present position in Jun 2006. He manages a strong team of well trained sales and marketing executives making sure targets are met, and that the Company’s “KaWa®” brand of roof and wall cladding is in the forefront of the industry.
Ruzana Mohamad Ajib - Business Development Manager
Cik Ruzana or Ana has been with the Company since 1999. She has been credited with many landmark projects both for “KaWa®” roof and wall cladding as well as for ‘Prestawall FH’ architectural composite insulated panels. Her strong association and wide experience in the architectural and construction industry have put her in a favourable position to identify and develop new business opportunities to take the Company further forward.
